If you have not been our guest yet, Cunda Island is an island that can be reached not only by sea but also by land. Cunda is connected to Lale Island and then to Ayvalık by a bridge.

You can enjoy the sea on its beaches and bays.

You can walk along the cobblestones and visit historical mansions, cafes and shops. Enjoying Cretan and Aegean cuisine and sea views await you at fish restaurants.

Cunda Island is surrounded by islands and bays. Tours to other islands are organized every day.

Enjoy the beautiful view at Lovers Hill. There is also Agios Yannis Church / Sevim and Necdet City Library on the hill. 1300 books from the old period are exhibited in the library. Would you like to examine the books it has in a magnificent view?

Taksiyarhis Church / Rahmi Koç Museum: The church was converted into a museum. The museum can be visited on days other than Mondays.

Nature exploration by bike. Since one side of the roads on our island is reserved as a bicycle route, it is among the routes of bicycle lovers.

  • Taksiyarhis Church / Rahmi Koç Museum The church was converted into a museum. The museum can be visited on days other than Mondays.
  • Lovers Hill Windmill and Sevim and Necdet City Library were created by the restoration of Agios Yannis Church.
  • Fish restaurants, taverns and cafes in the Island Center.
  • Chicken Island Monastery (Ayiu Ionnu Tu Podrom) It was built on Tavuk Island opposite Cunda Island.
  • Pigeon Island Monastery (Ai Yorgi) It was built on a small island made of andesite in the middle of Pateriça Bay.
  • Nature Park Scenic nature reserve covered with trees. Nature exploration by bike.
  • Beaches and Bays Cunda Island is surrounded by islands and bays. Tours to other islands are organized every day.
